Korang tahu tak sbenarnya skincare sahaja tak cukup utk kita? Kalau korang perasan, ade jerawat seketul dua tu okay je janji skin kita glowing & nampak sihat. Betul tak? Tapi tahu ke mcm mana nak maintain? Cukup tak rutin skincare pagi & malam tu?
If you ask me (yes, soalan paling frequent ni) what’s my skincare routine actually very basic. Cleanse-toner-serum-moisturizer-sunblock. Repeat malam but gilir2 dgn sleeping mask. Before make up mesti pakai primer, so the base wont clogged your pores. TAPI! As we aged, skin kita hilang elasticity (collagen) and skincare tak cukup tau utk help the skin. Jadi, tolonglah pegi facial & do treatments such as lasers, face massage etc.
My experiences with @my_clinic sisram share selepas kali ketiga sisram pegi (within 3 months) punyalah pemalas and takde masa kan. Tapi at least sebulan sekali (sepatutnya every 2-3 weeks) depens on your skin condition. Sisram jumpa @drtirazainal and she suggested to do Silk Peel Facial + Yellow Laser Treatment as my skin was dehydrated & burnt masa first visit tu. Lepas first bisit terus terpikat and so i were there again for the 2nd & 3rd visit. My skin condition improves a lot!
So, here i am sharing with u my skincare routine PLUS a very good place to maintain your skin condition. Percayalah, nak start pegi facials tu memang susah (i’ve there) tapi once u dah jumpe tempat yg best mcm @my_clinic ni, mmg tak akan miss every appointments! ❤️
